On the 10th March we held a volunteers night (funded by awards for all) to say thank you to all of our volunteers.
Over 90 of our 150 volunteers came along to a full sit down meal.
It was a great night and we heard from the Trussell Trust’s Jim Roberston about whats going on all over Scotland. Stephen Turnbull gave us a motivational talk & Kathleen Neilly, our General Manager, spoke about all the wonderful and varied things that have happened in the food bank all over West Lothian. Amongst the highlights of the evening was the presentation to our young volunteer Grant with his award for completing 500 hours volunteering in the foodbank.
